The Mobile Experience team is part of our Platform organization, and owns the end-to-end experience across our main mobile apps, if you are passionate about product management, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end success of new products and features that delight our customers and further Samsara’s vision. You’ll learn about our customers’ operations, identify the most meaningful problems that we could solve for them.
As the primary sponsor liaison and advocate, the Clinical Project Manager will plan, execute, manage and monitor regional, single modality or therapeutic area clinical research projects. The successful candidate will be managing the day to day activities and performance of a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring all decisions align with corporate, industry, sponsor and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the globalization of the instant messaging (IM) product across both app and web portal, and for developing product strategies aligned with business goals. Create and maintain the IM product roadmap, milestones, and backlog, aligning with strategic priorities for product penetration in various overseas markets. Drive global product and feature launches. Collect and consolidate customer feedback and facilitate user studies to build products that reflect customers’ needs and requirements.
This role involves responsibility for Flywire’s healthcare billing platform, building out our suite of affordability solutions for patients and enhancing the experience for our customer’s staff, while constructing software that grows the value our existing client base derived from our product.
